Website feedback tool

The website feedback tool built for AI

Symu 2 is an AI-native website feedback tool. You paste the URL of a live website, your clients click any element and comment on the page itself, and your AI coding agent reads every comment through MCP with the exact element, page and screen size.

What a website feedback tool should do

A website feedback tool lets reviewers comment on the live page itself, and keeps enough context with each comment (which element, which page, which screen size) that whoever fixes it never has to ask “which button do you mean?”.

Most feedback on websites still arrives as screenshots in email threads, voice notes and chat messages. Symu 2 replaces that with comments pinned to the real page. It was designed for the way sites are built now: a developer, a freelancer or an AI coding agent changes the code, and a client or teammate checks the result in a browser.

How Symu 2 works

  1. Paste the URL of your website. Symu 2 loads it through a server-side proxy, so you do not add a script, plugin or tag to the site.
  2. Share the link. Clients and teammates open it, enter a name and start commenting. No account, no extension.
  3. Click and comment. Each pin is attached to the element you clicked and stores its CSS selector, XPath, an HTML snippet, the page URL and the breakpoint (desktop, tablet or mobile).
  4. Let your AI fix it. Connect Claude Code, Cursor or another MCP client. The agent lists open comments, reads the element context, changes the code, replies and resolves the comment. See the MCP setup.

Built for AI, useful without it

Symu 2 is an AI-native website feedback tool, which means the data model is designed to be read by an agent, not only by a person. Every comment carries machine-readable context, there is a one-line MCP connection, and you can copy any comment as a ready-made prompt or export all open feedback as a markdown task list.

For people

  • Pins on real elements, not on screenshots
  • Desktop, tablet and mobile switcher
  • Comments as tasks with statuses and a workflow board
  • Email notifications and an activity feed

For AI coding agents

  • MCP tools: list, read, reply, resolve
  • Selector, XPath, HTML, URL and breakpoint per comment
  • “Copy as AI prompt” for any comment
  • Markdown export of every open comment

Who uses it

  • Vibe coders shipping with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Replit. Read the vibe coding guide.
  • Freelance web developers who want client comments in one place instead of five channels. How client feedback works.
  • Agencies and their clients who need a review link that works for non-technical people.
  • Designers who still present images, PDF files and Photoshop mockups. Design uploads work as before.

Limits worth knowing

Because Symu 2 loads your site from its servers, the site must be reachable from the internet (a production or staging URL, not localhost), and pages behind a login are not supported. A few sites forbid being displayed inside another page or use strict bot protection and may not load fully. If that happens, upload a screenshot or PDF of the page and comment on that instead.

What is a website feedback tool?

A website feedback tool lets people leave comments directly on a web page instead of describing problems in email or chat. Good tools pin each comment to a specific element and record the page URL and screen size, so the person fixing the issue does not have to guess what was meant.

What makes Symu 2 different from other website feedback tools?

Symu 2 is built for the AI era. Comments are stored with the element selector, XPath, an HTML snippet, the page URL and the breakpoint, and an MCP server lets Claude, Cursor and other AI coding agents read them, reply and mark them resolved. It also works without installing a script on the website you are reviewing.

Do I need to install a script or plugin on my website?

No. Symu 2 loads your website by URL through a server-side proxy and adds the commenting layer itself, so nothing has to be added to the site, its code or its CMS.

Do my clients need an account to leave feedback?

No. Clients open a share link, enter their name and click on the page to comment. Only you and your team need an account.

How much does Symu 2 cost?

Symu 2 has one plan for $19 per month plus VAT where applicable, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required to start. It includes unlimited projects, screens and team members and 10 GB of storage.

Can I still use Symu 2 for design feedback?

Yes. You can upload images, PDF files and Photoshop or Chrome captures and collect pinned comments on them exactly as before, next to your live website projects.
