There is one plan: $19 per month (plus VAT where applicable), billed monthly. It includes 10 GB of storage, unlimited projects and screens, comments as tasks, workflow, activity and stats, teams with unlimited members, hotspots and fixed headers, PDF presentations, the Photoshop and Chrome extensions and the Slack integration.

Prices are shown without VAT. Symu is a Polish company, so customers in Poland and private customers in the EU pay 23% VAT. EU businesses with a VAT number active in VIES are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge). Customers outside the EU pay no VAT. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the payment and every payment gets an invoice.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or with a credit or debit card through PayPal. Symu never stores your card details.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and you won’t be charged again.

Nothing is deleted when the trial ends. Your projects, screens and comments stay in your account – subscribe to continue uploading and sharing, and pick up exactly where you left off. Projects of accounts that stay without a plan and inactive for 90 days may be removed to free up space – we always email you a week before.

No. Existing customers keep their current plan and price. If you have any questions about your subscription, just write to contact@symu.co.

No. You get unlimited projects and screens and you can invite as many team members as you need. The plan includes 10 GB of storage for your files.
